Professional Satisfaction Survey
Purpose: To gain a greater understanding of the specific issues that women professionals may face, particularly alcohol and drug abuse, depression and anxiety. Much is known about male professionals in regards to these issues but women have remained a relatively under represented group and therefore little has been done organizationally to provide women professionals with necessary tools to address these issues.
This study should only take 15-20 minutes to complete. All responses that you provide will be completely anonymous. No identifying information will be collected nor is your information traceable. Data will be analyzed in an aggregate format.
Participation in this study is completely voluntary and you may withdraw at anytime. There are no personal risks involved in participating. If after completing this study you feel that you may need help, please contact either a medical professional or your Employee Assistance Program.
